Includes bibliographical references and indexes. What is most helpful, and something which I wish Knox or the publisher would have included in the Knox Bible, are the book introductions. It also includes an "Englishman's Greek Concordance" (see above) and points out related Greek words and gives synonyms of each word. The sermons and the commentaries are quite different e.g. see the differences between his commentary on Ephesians and his sermons on Ephesians.
